Please remember you can add new addresses to your account at any time which will make it easier to choose where your DASH Water will be sent.
If your order has already been processed by our fulfillment department I am afraid we cannot change the delivery address because it will already be with the courier service at the depot or post office.
If the order is refused at the delivery address, it will be sent back to our warehouse and a refund will be processed. It would then be possible to re-order the items to the right address.
If your order has not yet been processed by our fulfilment department it is possible to change the address by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org. Someone from our customer services department will organise your change of address.
Please include your order number, email address (that you placed the order with) and the new address.
