It's pretty easy to order a few too many boxes of dash to your basket… who could resist!
However, we also understand that there can be storage issues when trying to keep large quantities for a long time.
If your order has already been processed by our fulfillment department I am afraid we cannot change the order quantity or contents because it will already be with the courier service at the depot or post office.
If the order is refused at the delivery address, it will be sent back to our warehouse and a refund will be processed. It would then be possible to re-order the correct items.
If your order has not yet been processed by our fulfilment department it is possible to change the contents by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org and someone from our customer services department will change your order for you.
Please include your order number, email address (that you placed the order with) and the correct products within this form.
Please note that it could take a few extra days for your order to arrive with you if it is amended.
