My DASH Reward Points won't apply to my order: Subscriber

NB: Rewards Points cannot be used in conjunction with Discount Codes

If you are adding a discount to an existing subscription please follow the steps below:

1. Sign into your account
2. Go to 'Subscriptions'
3. Beneath the products listed in your subscription click 'Add Discount'
4. A box will appear for you to enter the discount code and click 'Apply'
5. The discount code will apply off your next subscription charge only.

If you are still having difficulty with your code please email [e-mail] and our team will happily assist you.

Please include: your name, email address (on your DASH account), the code you were trying to use and the monetary value of the voucher code.
