Please remember that it can take up to 48 hours for our fulfillment department to process an order.
It might then take a further 48 hours for our courier service to get an order to you.
With this in mind it would be great to wait five full working days before contacting our customer care team.
You will have also received an email with tracking information on it. This email will link you with our courier service, who will be able to tell you an estimated time of delivery.
Please note that Yodel can take a while to update their tracking information. This is a problem we are chasing them on, however for the meantime we ask that you are patient with us.

Please include your order number, email address (that you placed the order with) and the items that have not arrived.
